Immediately after graduating from the prestigious Hollywood Fashion and Beauty College in Tokyo, where he received a Diploma in Cosmetology in 2002, Takashi began working for leading hair salons in Japan. Takashi’s creative gifts and exquisite hair styling were featured in major Japanese fashion magazines such as VERY and VIVI. Soon he gained distinguished reputation and recognitions in the beaty industry in Japan, which lead him to serve as a hair stylist at the annual Tokyo Omotesando Collections in Japan and World Hair Congress in United Kingdom. In 2011, Takashi moved to the United States, where he further developed his career as a world-class hair stylist. Combining the delicate techniques and extraordinary ability he had cultivated in Japan, he collaborated with numerous leading names in the fashion industry including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein and Miu Miu. After successful photo shoots with world-renowned fashion magazines such as Harper's Bazaar Vietnam and Vogue China, Takashi turned his eyes to Asia. At KIRA KAMI豊 in Hong Kong, Takashi set his foot to embark on his new mission to bring the essence of Japanese beauty aesthetics to Asia.
